CRITICAL MASS: A THREE YEAR RETROSPECTIVE

In the last three years, HHF has built significant momentum in pursuing its mission by establishing itself as a 'mover and shaker' within the housing sphere.

Our organization is proud to unveil Critical Mass, a comprehensive, summative report of HHF’s progress in the last three years.

This report also unveils our plans for the future. Over the next two years, HHF’s goals will include: (1) increasing capacity ; (2) expansion into education; and (3) coalition building.

Addressing the shortage of workforce housing is difficult in part because information is siloed in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. There are many different cooks in many different kitchens.

To address this challenge, Housing Hawai‘i’s Future has arrived as a clearinghouse for workforce housing research and education in the State of Hawai‘i: performing original research and aggregating existing research.

HHF is here to evolve as an incubator of change, facilitating those processes that result in substantive housing reform. Our track record validates our approach. It takes a community to find solutions to the housing crisis. Ideas on the cusp of success need movers and shakers.
